How we handle your information

Dragon Tree Publishing is a trade name of Dragon Tree Advisors, Inc., a North Carolina corporation. This policy covers dragontreepublishing.com.

The short version

We collect as little as we can. This page explains what the site uses and why. There are no accounts on this site and no advertising trackers on our pages. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below.

The one cookie we set

Some of our books print an access code for their free extra pages. When you scan the code in the book or type the access code on its page, we set one small cookie for that book (named gift_ and the book's name). It remembers that you entered the code, for one year, so you do not have to type it again. It holds no personal information. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings; you would then enter the code again.

How we count visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page you view, the page that sent you here, your browser and device type, your country, and how quickly the page loaded. Hosting and security

Our site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Amazon and other sites we link to

Our books are sold on Amazon, and some links on this site go to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you follow those links, third parties, including Amazon and other advertisers, may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from you, and place or recognize cookies on your browser. Their own policies apply, for example the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.

You can choose not to receive interest-based ads from Amazon on its Advertising Preferences page, and from many other advertisers through the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We do not sell, rent or share it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@dragontreepublishing.com.

Changes
